These terms cover the MaidRock marketing site, template demonstrations and optional property lookup.
A product preview
The template companies, cleaning prices, service durations and appointment windows are examples. Completing a sample booking does not schedule a service, charge a card or send a message. Early-access registration records your interest; it does not activate a subscription or guarantee a launch date.
Property matches need your confirmation
An address result is a suggested match, not proof of ownership, occupancy, service eligibility or the accuracy of a property record. Street-level imagery may be old, unavailable or show a neighboring building. A building match does not verify an apartment or establish how much of a commercial property needs cleaning. Check the address, photo and details yourself. You may correct the details, reject a match or use manual entry.
Map services
The optional map experience uses Google Maps. Use of those features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps and third-party image attribution remains part of the displayed content.
Use the lookup for this booking flow
Request information only for a property you are considering cleaning. Do not automate bulk extraction, bypass usage limits, remove provider attribution or use the preview to collect information about other people. Lookup availability may be limited by coverage, provider service or usage budgets.
Future live services
A live cleaning company’s service scope, final price, taxes, payment authorization, cancellation terms and privacy notice must be provided before a real booking. This preview does not supply those company-specific agreements.
